Hand made from beautiful top grain leather, and customized to suit, every detail of this belt is perfectly designed for the wearer. Choose from 9 main colours for the belt! Edges will be shaded with Dark Brown as shown. Fully lined and stitched, this belt will last for years and years to come.

Please ensure you send your measurement is correct! While I leave room for adjustments, this piece requires accurate HIP AREA measurements. *PLEASE DO NOT SEND YOUR PANT SIZE*, please measure where you want the belt to sit with a soft measuring tape. The measurement you send will be used as the middle hole measurement with 4" of adjustment on either side.

While every effort is made to ensure that items ship out and arrive within requested dates, no guarantees on shipping times can be made. While upgraded shipping does allow for a smaller window, due to the nature of delivery services both in Canada and internationally, time frames can only be estimated. Raven Horn Leather ltd. will not be held responsible for items lost during delivery, however every effort will be made within reason (at the discretion of Raven Horn Leather ltd.) to ensure that the item is received and accounted for. Items that are ordered with personalizations, or custom sizes and custom designed colours cannot be returned. Items such as belts fall under this category and will not be accepted as returns if the belt recieved doesn't fit due to the error of the buyer. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the proper measurements are given in order for an item to fit properly. Raven Horn Leather ltd. will accept no responsibility for improperly fitting items. I ordered my belt in my proper pant size, why doesn't it fit?
PANT SIZE AND THE MEASUREMENT RAVEN HORN LEATHER LTD. IS ASKING FOR ARE NOT THE SAME THING. PLEASE, MEASURE IN INCHES PROPERLY WITH A SOFT MEASURING TAPE.

Returns and exchanges will no longer be available due to the pandemic of the novel Corona Virus. Due to the nature of the COVID-19 virus, and it's ability to be so easily transmitted, returns and exchanges are no longer available.
Why can't I return, or exchange my customized item?
This is a very small shop, and all the items are made on an individual basis, one by one, one at a time. Initials, belt measurements, and custom colours are all considered non returnable or exchangeable custom items, as there is a very low chance of them being able to be resold. Please ensure that measurements are correct.
I am unhappy with how my item turned out, or I have a problem with somethething I've ordered. What can I do?

While this is a small shop, and policies must be put in place, we absolutely strive to have your item turn out exactly as you want, and there has yet to be a problem that cannot be resolved with proper communication :) Your happiness with your item is what this company is based on.
